The Journey
1 Discovery and Vision
Dedicated meeting to understand your "big picture" ambitions for your business and your brand. This helps unpack your intended direction and positioning, and may highlight how that can be established over time.
Successful brands start with market orientation - we will discuss this too!
2 Creative License
The creative team begins building out brand concepts. This step is dynamic, subjective, and usually very fun! You will get to see the concepts and provide feedback throughout the process.
3 Concept Signoff and Delivery
After a concept is chosen, we assemble your suite of branded assets, including any templates and documents included in your package. Our team will be available to assist with early implementation, and some organisations even have a brand launch.
4 Website Development*
If it's included in your package, we usually commence web development after the delivery of other assets. Websites can take some time, so we prefer you to get the core things upfront. We use WIX or Squarespace as standard, so business owners can take control and update the site on their terms.
